Overcome Fear, Phobias and Anxiety: Rapid Change Without Exposure or Years of Therapy
If fear is limiting where you go, what you do, or how you show up in life, there is another way forward.
I’m Christopher Paul Jones, a Harley Street phobia specialist who works with people from around the world to help them overcome fear, phobias and anxiety quickly and effectively. Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy, coaching, or coping strategies that helped temporarily but never resolved the problem.
Fear is not a life sentence. It is a learned pattern in your mind and body. When that pattern changes, the fear can disappear.
My work focuses on identifying and transforming the root cause of the fear response so your mind and body no longer react as though something harmless is dangerous.

Fear can take many forms. For some people, it shows up as panic before boarding a flight. For others, it appears when speaking in public, driving, entering confined spaces or facing certain animals or medical procedures.
While the situations may differ, the underlying mechanism of fear is often the same.
A phobia is a conditioned response. At some point, your mind learned to associate something harmless with danger, and once that link forms, your body reacts automatically.
The encouraging news is that learned responses can also be unlearned.
My work focuses on interrupting the pattern that keeps the fear active so your nervous system can recalibrate and return to a more relaxed state.
Over many years of working with clients from around the world, I developed a structured approach to help people overcome fear and phobias more effectively.
The Integrated Change System™ is a seven-step process that combines psychological insight, mind–body techniques and practical tools for change. It is designed to identify and transform the patterns that keep fear active, rather than simply helping people manage symptoms.
Fear often begins with a learned association between something harmless and a sense of danger. Once that connection forms, your mind and body can continue reacting automatically, even when there is no real threat.
Through the Integrated Change System™, we identify the patterns behind the fear response and change how your mind and body interpret those signals. As those patterns shift, your nervous system can update its response and return to a more relaxed state, allowing the old trigger to lose its hold.

Most people believe fear must be managed, avoided or pushed through, when in reality, fear follows recognisable psychological patterns.
Understanding how fear operates is often the first step toward changing it.
Explore how the mind and body create fear responses and how those patterns can be transformed.
Phobias appear in many forms, but most fall into recognisable categories.
You can explore common phobias by category or find your specific phobia to understand why it happens and how it can change.
I work with clients at my Harley Street clinic in London and online internationally, helping people from many walks of life overcome fear, phobias and anxiety. My clients include professionals, performers, entrepreneurs, athletes and individuals who simply want to regain control of their lives.
My approach does not rely on forcing you to confront what you fear. Instead, we focus on identifying and changing the underlying pattern that drives the reaction. Because we work directly with how your mind and body respond to perceived threat, many people notice meaningful shifts quickly, often within the first session.
When we work together, all sessions are private, tailored to suit you and designed to produce meaningful change as quickly as possible. I offer:
Fear can feel overwhelming, but understanding how it works is the first step to changing it. In my book, Face Your Fears, I explain why phobias and anxiety develop, why many traditional approaches struggle to create lasting change, and how fear patterns can be transformed.
Drawing on my years of experience working with clients around the world, the book explores the psychology of fear and the practical steps to help you break free from reactions that once felt impossible to change.
Whether you are dealing with a specific phobia, persistent anxiety, or a fear that has held you back for years, the principles in this book will help you understand what is really happening and how change becomes possible.
